Looted items appearing behind chat window on PC?

I play on PC and noticed that looted items appear behind the chat window making it impossible to see what I looted. Is there any way to move the chat window or the loot window? That seems like a horrible place to put them....over lapping each other.

    Chat window can be moved, loot should be on the right side on the pc UI and on the left (under default chat position) if you enable the console UI

    I'll ask the obvious....how do you move the chat window?
