Looted items appearing behind chat window on PC?

I play on PC and noticed that looted items appear behind the chat window making it impossible to see what I looted. Is there any way to move the chat window or the loot window? That seems like a horrible place to put them....over lapping each other.

✭✭✭✭✭Chat window can be moved, loot should be on the right side on the pc UI and on the left (under default chat position) if you enable the console UI
