@Account Support I cant login and my old email adress is unavailable to me.

I can log into my forum account but not my game account. Please help me I think I was hacked. I submitted a ticket but I have yet to receive a response. I am an original player who wants to return for morrowind. I cant get my old email address because it was an account from when I was in university. It has been deactivated by them now.

I am having this same issue. I can log into the forums (clearly) but not into my game account. I am an original player who wants to come back, however since I un-subbed over a year ago the email account that I used while playing has been deactivated. When I go to log in it tells me it needs to send a verification code to my email address, however the email address they are sending the email to no longer being active.

I sent a ticket, but all they said was "I'm sorry you're not receiving our emails" which is not the issue. I emailed them back but have heard nothing since.

I just received another email back stating "We're sorry you're receiving error messages when trying to log in" which, again, is not the issue. They are clearly not reading my emails and since there is no phone number to call I will email them back and let them know that once again this is not the issue that I'm having and hope the next CSR gets it.
