I did get the merchant (even though I knew about the lack of repair beforehand) and it's certainly been worthwhile in any case (when you are 2/3 through a dungeon, it's great to be able to offload).

People shouldn't have to research something called a Merchant or a Banker when put up for sale by Zos.

What are the two things we use for storage, repairing, and selling most, a merchant and a banker. Not everything something does is listed in it's description in the crown store. At no point did it ever occur to me the way they are put in the store, next to each other that the description included everything they did, I presumed like most people that they know we know what a merchant does, hence a bit of marketing blurb to attract us.
As for the screenshot, look at the picture of the merchant, standing there surrounded by her wares (that we can't buy) or the pic of the banker next to the banker sign, both look like the pics have been taken from in game and both pics imply we get one thing when we in fact get another.

While it's clear that she buys, no one has any issues with that. You're pointing out the service she does offer which everyone expected cause it's written. Your comments suggest that the "merchant" as she's described as, shouldn't offer anything other than buying our stuff.....right?

Reading past patch notes probably isn't reasonable for people who started playing since the last patch. They should be able to read descriptions for how the game works now.
For people playing regularly when they were released, patch notes should probably have been a thing.

They list her as a merchant...all merchants buy, and repair 100% of them but this merchant is limited. The description is misleading. Everyone can read and comprehend just fine. The company just decided to leave off the unique restrictions
Look at the photo. She's presented just like an actual merchant and it clarifies she doesn't go to Cyrodil but doesn't clarify other restrictions.......it's what some call a scam
Not much more to say without insulting you to be honest. You screenshot is more proof you fail to understand clear text. She buys from you and your group anywhere but Cyrodiil. Crystal clear
It also mentions she has "Services" implying more than one Service, miss leading wording imo.
Covered that in response to someone else. Using services for a single service in that context is correct. It does not imply multiple services.1 -

Reading past patch notes probably isn't reasonable for people who started playing since the last patch. They should be able to read descriptions for how the game works now.

This one doesn't make anything pretty clear. It's more ambiguous but some could arguing it's a lie as the written part specifies "not limited to" however it's exactly limited to so it's misleading as well
Not sure ppl arguing against it being misleading haven't assumed such cause of other info where they found out it was limited prior

✭I can't say I blame you, it's a huge mistake on their side for not adding a more detailed description about an item that costs so much... but at the same time you could have saved yourself a lot of trouble if you'd have made a post here asking whatever questions you had, before buying the item.

Why should i need to google and ask around in forums before buying something in game? Should I just assume that everyone is trying to rip me off all the time? Seriously? It's basic merchant functionality... repairs! All merchants have it... a simple line in the description sayin. "Does not repair armor" would have made much more easier to decide whether I wan't to buy it or not.
They did mention that it does not go to cyrodiil? why not mention it doesn't repair?
Are you serious, it has been that way forever. I will give the description should be better but how do you not know these things were not available? Especially with all the rage about not being functional with housing. You couldn't be bothered to look in the forums or Google to make an informed decision but you had the time to make a rage post about it. Ironic don't ya think.
Even without repairs and such I find her valuable to unclutter my inventory after a dungeon or trials run.0 -

To put it simple. Why is it so hard for them to add a few simple words like "does not provide repairs" to the description? It's a simple job they can do on their coffee break, and add to the next update.
1. It will avoid confusion, on what's included.
2. They will save time on less support tickets, and refund requests.
3. People don't need to rant about it.
4. People can take informed decisions on weather they find it's still worth to spend 5000 crowns on.
What's bad about being clear and precise?
To put it simple, why bother?
It is clear what the merchant does to anyone with a elementary English education.
1. Only confuses people that suck at reading.
2. Stop requesting refunds when you know they wont do it.
3. Easier fix, dont rant about your bad life choices.

She's not a merchant, she's a consumer. That's the problem here, she is mislabeled in the store.

Nuzhimeh, by definition of her actions/abilities, is an end user/consumer, not a merchant. She only wants to buy, not sell. The roles are reversed because of this, and you actually become the merchant in the transaction.
