More fun as the replacement might well be horrible, yes you get an altmer templar as healer but he uses heavy armor and a bow and spams snipe all the time, that is the time he is not looting crates

In wow I benefited from that, queued for random dungeon as healer or dps, got in as healer but was questing so in dps setup.
Switching setting was one button but with 20 second casting time, so I started to type wait whild group did its first wipe.
They was very angry, then continued to wipe an second time probably as they was still in chat.
Stuff got better but it was obvious that the standing in fire to increase dps gang would kick me if they could but they had kicked one healer

But it can hit the other way we had to kick an quildmate for dropping offline, replacement dps entered dungeon but was offline afterwards so we had to complete without him.

Was some stories in wow of players who entered dungeon, then set himself to follow healer and went AfK

I would never do this, and wouldn't really mind if someone did that to me because that tells me they're someone I never would want to spend time with anyways.

I don't join dungeon parties. The entire kicking thing is offensive to how I feel games should be fairly played. I don't think I have joined up for anything outside of a dolmen run since I was a beginner player. I doubt ZoS will loose the kicking policy so I'm pretty sure I will never touch a party dungeon in this game ever.

Kicking is needed for various reasons like getting offline or AfK secondary to get rid of fools or ***, however only letting you kick once makes it far more risky as the next random might be way worse, yes this might hurt like I told above then we had to kick one member for going offline and got one who was AfK.

Dungeons are easy enough that race doesn't matter. I could see some serious trial guilds giving you trouble, but that's it.

Jesus no...even If I saw someone using what you would call *the wrong race for a certain build* I would actually commend them for doing it. If they can make it work good for them! you should play which character you want, play what build you want. Others have no say in it. Heck if you followed the rules life would be boring...

I find it extremely unlikely that pugs and/or randoms groups would kick someone out for wrong race. A progressive raiding guild going to be top scores: if you're in the guild, you've made it through their exacting recruitment standards and then if you show up as a Redguard magicka Sorc, they would ask you to get a race range or re roll for a leaderboard run and not say a gearing or practice run.

Race definitely makes a significant difference at end game, DPS especially, but there is no content a Redguard Magicka Sorceror cannot complete at all. He may not score as highly as an Altmer or Dunmer but he can finish just fine.

Nah, class doesn't really matter if they can play the class alright. Most of the times people get kicked for a) not knowing wtf they're doing b) not the right role c) not listening/disregarding what everyone is saying or d) being a jerk.

I have never seen anyone get kicked for having the wrong race, I have seen raidleaders and guildmasters of raidguilds tell the recruits to create new chars of appropriate race/class for their desired role though, but that's because these are new players and inexperienced, and might as well start out good....
The experienced players who have proven their weight in raids will not be asked such things, by guildmasters & raidleaders own words "...you know what you are doing, so we trust you and don't need to question you!"

L2P goes beyond race. Class however is up for discussion, as sometimes you drag your teams overall dps down by asking DD's to bother with support because the support-roles fail at that.
-a few examples: wearing 5 pieces of Spell Power Cure for the team, Templars casting spears and repentance for group, Dk's chainpulling adds...

Yes people need to learn to make a good builds like mine not just mix races whith what ever they want to play they should be max potential! And if you dont then its your fault for getting kicked.
