dear Zos: your game is broken.

its not up to us to test it- and to report/repair bugs- we happen to do it- but this is ur end. dont u guys have some sort of quality assurance, game testing group? this is ridiculous..

look at EVERY thread on the forum page- its a bloody disgrace.

this game is my hobby, it really is. I dont like going to the movies anymore, or watching tv, i come home from work, and i log into cyrodil. I spend as much time on this game as anything else. Money also. to see that hobby fall apart into this hot mess- is like seeing the local basketball court where i used to play fall into disrepair and neglect.

u had time to fix this, to test this, to prepare- but somewhere along the line- someone said "lets just push it out- we ll fix it later". that person needs to be fired. what would happen if a movie we all went to see was missing sound halfway thru the film, or a book had spelling errors throughout, misprints, etc, if we went to a restaurant and all got the wrong orders..u see where I'm going with this?

this game is badly badly broken, from performance issues, gameplay issues, to server issues, installation issues, the list goes on - actually its going on right now- its called the elder scrolls forums. How long will this take to repair? who knows- but the fact that u let this be released , knowingly is a great concern to me. the future only holds bigger releases, more expectations. its a great game- it really is- i wouldn't be here if it wasn't - but u guys need to address these issues as a whole, and asa a company attitude- not a bandaid here and there kind of thing, thats like patching up ships leaks as they come up- rather than addressing the actual construction of the ship.

This whole ship needs to be docked and fixed, the crew swapped. if this goes on -at every release- you're literally going to sink the company. i hope someone from your company reads this and brings this up- the way u guys FUNDAMENTALLY do business, the way you make products, test products, release products, - needs to change.
