✭✭✭✭Some survival builds are a little over the top, especially on a DK, but ZOS nerfed a few key things that it looks like this guy was using (Major Evasion, Vitality potions, etc) so we might see a little less of those shenanigans going forward.
On the other hand, none of the AD in that video seem to be particularly great players - nobody is countering block, likely not using heal debuffs or immobilizes, and spamming ground-target AoE's that he just walks out of with ease.

✭✭✭✭There is one problem with these builds. They are able to take a resource by themselves. That's all fine as many other classes are able to do this. But have you ever tried to get a resource back with one of these jerks sitting on top of it? You kind of need a raid. I spent the better part of yesterday morning 1v1ing a dk at chal farm and couldnt kill him. He couldnt kill me either but wow even after 30m when 4 others finally joined me... we still could not kill him. I think he eventually left of boredom.
Let the resource flag and then have 1 person go stand next to him and have a staring contest. It will stay flagged as long as you both stand there. Eventually people will show up if it stays flagged long enough.

One of you is using light bow attacks, cleave, and reverse slash at full enemy health. The others aren't much better. No destro ult, no dawnbreaker, zero burst.
You're playing against a full tank, of course you can't kill him. At least not like that.

Kagetenchu✭✭✭I play tanks and I hope this doesn't come out the wrong way but if all your doing is light attacking me and hard casting c-frags all your doing is giving me resources. Also it looks like he might be running trainee(which is getting nerfed) blood spawn and another 5 piece set. Your best bet would be to block him in and get 2 destro ultis and a nova with reduce speed also something that reduces recovery1 -

If I was a night Blade I would've use those skills but I was using my Dragon night getting viger but I did see him get feared he recovered very quicklyThis guy is really tanky. However my group of 5 surrounds home builds ultimates and leaves. But yea in the video I didn't see one fear or one immobilize. MNB are great for people like this. Cripple Fear Cripple Cripple Fear. That's how you kill this guy. Other than that what are you worried about getting spike armored to death?
Even better. Fossilize and talons. Like that is the best class for that lol. And if your stamina heck use the bash skill on sword board to hurt his healing and stun him. You stun them ultimate bomb and root them in the ultimates. But spamming executes at full health is a no-no...0 -

I was not just light attacking was using Poison injection caltrops draining shot Critical charge uppercut corrosive armor dragon Leap and yes those other ultimates were used on him as well by others during the dayPS4 North America 700+CP confident in all rolls0
