Lost all items I stored in my bank. [solved]

So I got to a Banker, and realized I've lost everything in there that I stored. I tried submitting a ticket and for some reason I cannot get pass the 2nd step, I chose [Item Issue] >> [Missing Items] and that's it. I have the [Next: add issue details] button, but it's grayed out. Anyone know how I can go about this? Also it says if items aren't bought from crown store they can't be retrieved. Is that telling that I cannot retrieve the items from my bank, which I still don't know what happened? I have roughly around 130-140+ items in my bank that suddenly vanished. Help please.

AzuraKin✭✭✭✭✭uh what bank? guild bank, personal bank? because there an issue sometimes items in guild bank wont show up, they still there, just doesnt show them. could happen i guess to personal bank, though ever heard of it happening to personal bank.,v160 spellsword (nightblade)
