Less frames, more lag HRC?

I assume the lag problem comes with people downloading the patch, if so then it's "fine". Ping jumps from 280 to 450, before was 200ish constant.
Just done vHRC and before the patch i had constant 60-80 FPS ( 60 at last boss with all that implicates ), but now its down again to an average of 30.
Resuming, it works again like it was before the FPS fix. Only noticed that in HRC, not in pvp or anywhere else.
