Forgot Email but know UserID and Password

So I have been trying to get onto ESO for about 3 hours now. I know my UserID and password, but it keeps telling me that I logged in from a new PC when I have logged on from this pc to play ESO. The only problem is I haven't played for a while and now I can't log on. Support requires log in but can't log in cause need code and can't get code cause no email.

Ticket Number: 1702070-000480

Edit: I keep getting sent automated messages saying "if the issue hasn't been resolved reply to this email" without actually getting any assistance. Is that supposed to happen? There is no content in the email other than that message saying to reply. I don't know what to do at this point.

Also, I am using a different account that was used for a different platform. I have since then moved to PC and got a different account for this version of the game which is the one I can not connect to.

If you're not able to get your access code due to no longer being able to get into the email it's being sent to, please contact our Support team using these steps.

Thank you for directing me there. Do you know the average response time? I've made a ticket a while ago and have still yet to hear back

They took a day or two to respond when I last sent in a ticket, but because the big update hit yesterday, the queues are going to be much longer than normal. Post your ticket # to the thread if you want them to be able to look at your specific ticket in the queue.

I suspected that it would be busy for them so. I'll edit my original post to add ticket number. Thanks for letting me know.
