After New Patch Game Crashes even in Admin mode

I finally downloaded the patch, but my game crashes instantly upon opening it. I even set it to Administrator mode and it still crashes

Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes, me.

I had this problem already on PTS, I reported it, they couldn´t solve it but promised to me they would fix it in the final version. Only, they didn´t.

Grrrrr.

This may or may not be the same as your problem - MSI GT70 with nVidia 780m and Win7.
