Unlikely.
Business wise they want Crowns at max value right now, as there is a big reason for people to buy them. They're better doing sales when there is no reason for people to buy them so people think "I should get them now while cheap" and they can keep the demand on them during quiet times.

Any sale this weekend will be themed around Valentines Day; I'm think a sale on the Mara Marriage scrolls, wedding dress, suit costumes etc.. Although my two cents: I'v been waiting for a Crown sale for a while now so please give us one!!!!

"We love you.... you still need to buy morrowind tho"
For Valentine's festivities I want:
Heart shaped shield
Broken-heart shaped shield
Cupids arrow emote
and maybe one of these?

By then, anyone who was going to buy Crowns at full retail price to take advantage of the new housing/furniture features will have already done so. Also, that's right around the anniversary of the original PC release (as someone else noted) and just before the debut of the Morrowind "Chapter."
Frankly, if they wanted to make a fortune at retail, Zenimax would offer a 75% discount on Crowns with our purchase of Morrowind for ESO+ subscribers. There have been justifiable grumblings from subscribers who are peeved Morrowind is being abstractly defined as not-really-DLC. That whole argument aside, offering a 75% discount on Crowns to ESO+ subscribers at the time you purchase Morrowind will ensure virtually every ESO+ subscriber buys Morrowind and also spends *more* real cash on Crowns. If announced in advance, it would entice a lot of people who are on the fence about ESO+ to take the plunge and subscribe.
Trying to discount Crowns by ESO+ membership might be too complicated for a one-time sale, however. Unless Zenimax thought doing such a sale for each new "chapter" we get to encourage retail success.
Although, as an aside, Zenimax doesn't have much of an excuse to pretend as if their profit margins are slim. I just read Zenimax won an IP lawsuit for $500 million, so it's not like they're strapped for cash.

Zenimax, not ZoS. And it is being appealed, they have received no money. It is sad that so many people havent paid attention to the obvious.
