where are the three guilds I should join early?

Ive watched all the beginner tips videos and I can't find the guilds I am supposed to join. I believe they are the fighters, alchemist and undaunted. Im running all over the map to see if the icon will appear when i get close but im not having any luck. What am I missing?

    Fighters, mages and undaunted. They all can be joined in the first major city (Davons watch, daggerfall, vukhel guard).

    These good old days of starting eso, I amost envy you the lack of basic knowledge, if I could just push a reset buton somehow :D .

    I dont know man, Im coming from an mmo in which I have 6 years invested in an OP character and I just want to already be there in ESO lol. I can't even beat the level 7 dungeon by myself yet :(
