Are Ultis broken in Cyrodiil?

The other night, I watched in horror as an enemy who was well encased in my suppression field proceeded to spam BOL. Last I checked, that is a magicka skill... Anyone else seen that happening?

Negate has an AoE cap, so if there was many people in the negate, he might be lucky and not get negated actually.

This is true. It can easily be replicated in PvE with a large group of mobs. You'll see some still running around throwing daggers and punching you.

been seeing negate not work for the last 2 weeks, its a constant problem and it hasnt been a numbers issue. Most of the time i notice it because i drop a negate on 1-2 templars that just spam bol and it just continues while they stand inside negate oblivious continuing to spam heal

that or someone might have negated your negate. that also happens.

Suppression field does not always work for me either. Either fails to materialize or players are not silenced. Other times, the morph works perfectly.
