Need help with elder fails online

I havent played game since 2014, i saw the million dollars worth of marketing and figured i would give it another go.So i sign into everything and download game, after game is downloaded i hit play and log in.So far so good right? NOTTTTTTT now the game sends me a one time code ,OK so i figured i pretty much did this already 5 times so another time wont hurt right? WRONG GAME SAYS THE CODE I PUT IN IS WRONG AND I NEED TO WAIT 24 HOURS FOR ANOTHER CODE HAHAHAHAHAHAH.Ok so now i try to contact support right? WRONG there is no contacting support.phones are down and there is no live chat hahahahah NO LIVE CHAT!!!! WE HAD *** LIVE CHAT IN 1999 WITH EVERQUEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!WHAT IS THIS THE STONE AGE OF GAMING?? serously im not trolling people i really want to play the dam game, i played beta preordered legendary edition and even have my dam monkey in game!

[Snip]The support system here works mainly in the way of submitting support tickets online, not live chatting. So fill one out with the info and submit it.

not the case for me, although I don't have a lot of xp with support. when I requested a new forum code they shot me one the next day, which is pretty decent. for some games I would have waited for several days.
