Heavy armor nerf?

I heard people takling about a heavy armor nerf, and i couldent find any information on it in the patch notes. So i wonder if its true? And if it is, then what did they nerf?

✭✭✭✭It is more than small nerf - Wrath now need twice more attacks to start working on max effectiveness. And Rapid Mending restore twice less resources from heavy attack.1 -

You mean wrath will now need 3 more seconds till its stacked to full and people only restore 5% of max resources instead of 6%.Jo'Khaljor0
