It essentially works similar to what currently happens in DLC game packs with new zones, such as Dark Brotherhood. You can still talk with them, and even group with them, but they won't be able to jump to you if you're in the new zone. Does that make sense?

It was said that the interaction between a player with the expansion and a player without it would be the same. The player without just doesn't have access to the new features

I hope its like that because any other way wouldnt make sense.
I think there is some confusion as to how its going to work because people (excluding myself) are for some reason in the mind that they wont be able to see or interact with the warden player in game because they dont have the morrowind expansion etc.
This was the primary purpose of the thread to determine if thats true or not because if it was it would be......well. "odd" would be an understatement.
