Surprise Attack

Can someone explain to me when I hit a mob w/ Surprise attack from stealth, I sometimes crit from 25k-30k or so. But when I sneak hit a player/PvP (tested dueling and Cyrodiil) I only hit for around 7-9k. Whats up what that?

Battle spirit halves damage
Impen reduces crit damage bonus
Enemy player has more physical resistance than your reference mob
Enemy has CP into Hardy
Enemy or nearby enemy had Radiant Magelight slotted

Etc.

because the class needs to be rebuilt.
nightblade class simply has allways not performed as it should. invisibility does not work properly, we are constantly taken out of stealth and killed within a few seconds, as well as many other class skills simply fail.
please go to this link and help support a proper rebuilding of the nightblade class.

7k to 9k is a lot of damage in PvP. How much harder do you want to hit people lol

NPC's takes double or triple dmg from crit when You hit them in the back from sneak. It works for all physical attacks not supprise attack only. That buff doesnt work on players. Just go with 2 hand behind any mob and use wrecking blow from sneak or heavy attack You'll also see nice dmg values on tooltips.

Can testify to this.

Wrecking blow from sneak against mob in delve = 64k+ damage instant kill.

Wrecking blow from sneak against 561cp pvp player = hardly a dent and swift retribution!

Do that op whilst wearing viper+veli+widowmaker and see what happens. You'll instakill anyone that isn't a perma tank. If they turn out to be so just walk away. They won't harm you. If all 3 procs go off its game over.
