I submitted a ticket, but I don't know if it was under the right category because you didn't have a category for my issue.
Six months ago when I decided to sub it was still advertised that there would be loyalty reward pets.
Since then you have come out with One Tamriel and changed this reward system for some reason.
I did not receive a notice in a change of terms which would have affected my decision to resub for another 6 months.
