Actually @nimander99 I believe what they said was that only 3% of the player base had fully upgraded their bags and banks.

the two statements were iirc

less than half of the active players had upgraded any of their storage at all.
about 3% of the players had upgraded fully all their storage and maxed it out.

it was followed up by a sort of aside that this led them to think they needed more to educate that 50% that it can be done and how...

Yeah, you guys are right, my bad, my jaw dropped when they said that and my brain stopped functioning and got stuck on 3%

I maxed the inventory, only went halfway through the bank. With the craft bag, don't really need the bank now.

See and I'm both in the 3% that has fully maxed out storage and the 97% that hasn't, because on my main account I've got max bank and max bags on 12 characters, but on my other accounts I've only done a few of the cheap upgrades to banks and bags...

Yeah, I know you and a few other regular's in this tavern have multiple accounts, I just have this one. And I only play my main character, the rest I created and used as extra space before crafting bags... I wonder if they include all characters on each account to come to that figure or if they only include the most played?

I bet if they just included main characters that number would skyrocket.

But interesting point @UrQuan I hadn't thought it through all the way.
