Why Have I not got my eso plus crowns yet?

I still havent received my eso plus crowns for 2 months dispite sending multiple customer support tickets about it. I only get the same response to check what day I subscribed to eso plus and thats it. 2 months and I haven't had anyone talk to me about it. Wheres the customer support?

Balibe✭✭✭✭You should escalate the same ticket and not create new ones. The first response is typical and basic but escalating the same ticket should get a proper response .....
Search in this section. Before the last XB1 ESO+ crown fix a few months ago, there were people creating support ticket and receiving their crowns .....
FYI, since the recent ESO+ crown fix have been receiving the monthly allotment with no issues ......0
