Why Have I not got my eso plus crowns yet?

I still havent received my eso plus crowns for 2 months dispite sending multiple customer support tickets about it. I only get the same response to check what day I subscribed to eso plus and thats it. 2 months and I haven't had anyone talk to me about it. Wheres the customer support?

You should escalate the same ticket and not create new ones. The first response is typical and basic but escalating the same ticket should get a proper response .....

Search in this section. Before the last XB1 ESO+ crown fix a few months ago, there were people creating support ticket and receiving their crowns .....

FYI, since the recent ESO+ crown fix have been receiving the monthly allotment with no issues ......
