Question: Why the hell should you have to PAY to store things in your own house?
The idea that you have to buy a house and then to store things inside your house you would have to pay for it like you would a bank space seems inane to me.

If that is their "reasoning" I suggest they need to employ people who can actually think rationally.
All The Best
why are we getting punished for people who dont play the game? i did think active players ment something nut i guess im wrong...

Seems this is "our" fault if your bags and bank isn't maxed out. This is from Phillip Draven's commentary today
*Edits...to clarify it seems around 50% haven't done any upgrades but not only 3%
I get that idea BUT I'm curious if they understand that including alts isn't good data analysis.
On the contrary tho.....they are pushing crown upgrades and offer in game gold so...that's been made extremely clear that ppl need to do upgrades or not make alts (HUH???) Again @ZOS_PhilipDraven does the analysis not also show 7 to 8/8 on accounts without max upgrades as compelling that perhaps the cost of upgrading is out of line with the value it offers?
I have 8 active characters but I only use two who have maxed inventory. The others have upgrades but not more than 4........I don't agree with the methodology explained but I do want to make sure we have clearly understood your comments cause to be fair, you were only given a few moments to speak on that topic and it may have been a question without fair time to prepare the answer.
Thoughts? For people looking to see where this was said live, here is the official video:

Unless ofc they add a storage "chest" of some kind to put in your house that you can only buy with crowns. Thanks Zo$

Calling it now. This is exactly what they're gonna do.

"Hey, you built my new house but didn't put any bathrooms in it. WTF?"
"Well Sir, we noticed that you didn't use all your bathroom time at the office, so we didn't think you needed one at your house."
Ever wonder what all those buckets in houses are? Yeah.TequilaFire wrote: »Well we didn't get bathrooms either, must be the reason! lmao

Perhaps a better metric they could have used is this:
Check the amount of characters per account that are lower than L10 that have full inventory and that are NEVER played (as in they never gain XP, or the last XP they gained was a time < a threshold date,) and compare it to the REAL total ammount of characters that are being ACTIVELY played.
IF the selection includes conditions as to exclude inactive accounts and trial accounts, I wonder if that query would turn the numbers around...
I bet it will, and the numbers then would should a complete different picture.
Houses up to this point were just a pointless addition to the game as far as I am concerned. Storage at least makes them slightly useful. Now how about some animated NPC, Mannequins on which to display armour etc.
I currently use Guild storage and Alts to store all my miscellaneous rubbish.
