Guild Chat Issues

For approx a month now each day guild-chat begins to not function correctly (PS4 NA). The guild-chat channel will be working fine/then begin to be very garbled/then it crashes and you cannot hear/speak. This happens across all guild-chat channels and for all guild-members at the same time, so we know it is an ESO issue, not a PS4/Internet issue. This does not happen when it is or is not laggy.

AS you can see in the video, we were in guild-chat 3 and then the guild-chat started not functioning, so we tried to switch to guild-chat 4. Then, as you can watch, guild-chat 4 did not work and got stuck in a cycle of kicking/resetting/joining. This same thing happens even if you don't switch channels; the channel you are in will start resetting itself and cycling over and over, so that you cannot use it. It happens for all channels and it happens in all areas. At the same time, PSN party chat works fine, and all guild members are having no latency/lag issues.
This is not a thread to start flaming/bashing ZOS. It is meant to assist tech support/Devs in fixing the issue.
