With regards to only Cyrodiil, have you found Aetherial Dust on a node, or Aetheric Cypher?

I've found one dust, in of all places, Bleakrock Isle on one of my newbies, after I had been farming on my crafter for days! I am wondering if Zos activated it in the zone. They've had to adjust drop rates once, it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't activate it in Cyrodiil. But that's why I'm asking. I take time to take nodes, I take sick pleasure in taking enchantment nodes and Columbine when near enemy forts, its fun >:D Also several dungeons in Cyrodiil have ore nodes and runes and mushrooms.Grand Master Crafter, Beta baby who grew with the game. the drop rate certainly is low

Claire✭✭✭YesI've only found one dust in game, and it was in Cyrodiil, between Ash and Ales I believe. Even better, it was on a rune node with a Kuta. Sweet!
