I have ~31k of hp, 22k of magicka and 21k of stamina, something like this. As a khajiit it's ~44 points into health and others in stamina. Don't remember exactly.
In combat I'm getting ~28k of resistance in dungeons. So it's fine for me, and if I'm getting lack of stamina, just use Siphoning Attacks + light attacks. Also, if a healer is templar and he uses shards, you always will have full resourses.
I have a build almost similar to Gilliam's one. Just have a bit different CP and attributes. Also, I have 2/2 Bloodspawn, 'cause don't have Malubeth. So, it's 2/2 Bloodspawn, 5/5 Bahraha and 5/5 Leeching. Don't like his way to run MSA healing staff on the second bar, and now I'm gonna put one more 1h + shield on 2nd bar (both Bahraha, similar as on the main bar). And replace Rapid Regen with Vigor.
Anyway, I can't say it's optimal set for now. I've just started to lear how to tank, but have no problems in vDungeons at all. Also, healing yourself and others through the damage is very helpful both for you and healer (especially if the last one isn't very exp or just dead for this moment xD).

So far his Phys and spell resistance is 22.7k with all the armor pieces leeching, weapons and shield and jewelry as well. And iceheart shoulders and head. Now he is far from perfected because I want to be able to another armor set, but out of all the research I've done there isn't any clear information to perfecting the style or any detailed explanation to what to look for really.

You are a sap tank... why are you not using sap essence or I'm missing something?

I'm using it, I didn't tell anything about Sap Essence and other skills, except Siphoning Attacks. Vigor is for extra selfhealing, because Sap heals you through the damage. No damage - no heal.

do you permablock?
What about using refreshing path instead of vigor?
