My character was just crashed "blue screen" reported it as requested

Now when I tried to sign back in it is trying to start my account as if I have just now purchased the game, my character was in a battle in Cyrodiil against a red team. I saw it said something about a corrupt save but it would not let me go forward with selecting yes to the overwrite option. Can you please look at this soon and see if my account can be reinstated or corrected?

✭✭✭✭Account data is saved on the servers. Even if you wipe the game off your hard drive, then reinstall, you will still be able to access your characters and all their progress.0
