Level 50 with Level 49 "Argonian" Skill Line

I leveled my Argonian to 50 around December 28th, but her "Argonian" racial skill line is stuck at Level 49 (with a full bar). I waited until December 29th, rebooting my Xbox in the middle, to see if it resolved itself before submitting a ticket, but no such luck. She is still stuck at Level 49 Argonian. Continuing to earn xp on her also failed to fix the problem, the skill line is just stuck.

Customer Service Ticket [Incident: 161229-002029]

This is the ticket I submitted. I got a thank you for submitting a "potential bug" and told that would be the end of any communication with me. The problem is that I would really like to play this character, but I don't feel comfortable doing so when I know at least one skill line is bugged. I can't buy the last racial passive, and I worry that something else will get stuck and stop leveling.

Could this please be fixed? It's been two weeks, and no word on anything from anyone.

    I didn't fix it.
    I put in a bug ticket, and four weeks later (today) the problem went away.
    Only communication I got from the ticket was a tank you for reporting a "potential bug" and that I wouldn't hear anything else about it from them.
