Nah, when it comes to server instability, they usually just ignore it and don't give answers at all (with the exception of their DDOS nonsense for what's been happening every day since last Fri.
Cyrodiil lag, the usually give answers anywhere from every three months to a year, and then it's typically something ridiculous like "spread out".

Yeah, because the problem suddenly popping up a couple days after ZOS said they were going to wax a couple bot trains, and then persisting doesn't sound like some angry teen who just watched their accounts getting banned and is looking for a pound of flesh.3 -
