Housing is going to kill the world for RP, having a limit to bring some back out into the world is fine
And if you got 15fps in the housing, you would complain just as much. They cant win
@notimetocare
But 24 ppl tho?
So let's say 24 ppl are in practing a raid or something all in combat. And the FPS take a hit....
Or dueling, etc.
Kinda goes back to the feedback given by others for the features.
Like hey ZOS just add practice dummies in the world. (Not in housing only)
Hey ZOS let us sit on things....in the world
Hey ZOS maybe dueling shouldn't be allowed in towns (i.e. Housingeither cause of performance)
But then at the Wayshrine near any undaunted quest giver, or large groups of traders in a town, well have 50-150 players in one spot not counting NPCs.
How does housing work worse?

THAT information NEEDS to be on the description in the crown store. So we still don't know how many people can get in the smaller homes. I WANT THAT INFO.
Secondly, they all seem to just be copies of existing buildings. Like literally the floorplans are exactly the same. No variation and just big open spaces, no individual rooms with doors. That I find extremely disappointing. I was expecting something on the order of the mansions in the TG and DB DLCs which are far more elaborate and beautiful than the base game buildings. ESPECIALLY considering the cost.
Thus far I am disappointed in the houses themselves.

Has ZoS done anything you like? You still are here but I only ever see complaints on the forums lol

It's fine. I'd hate for the cities to turn into ghost towns bcs everyone's in their "guild halls".
NewBlacksmurf wrote: »I agree it should literally allow at least 100.
The idea here is based on the voice chat used for guilds on consoles.
100 ppl per channel needs and has to align with the manor max.
The whole purpose for the manor is the guilds.
It makes absolutely no sense that even a PvP large group max doesn't accounts for extra players.
Example:
Guild announcement. On X date come to Guild house 4 if you want to group for X event
And then perhaps the PvP group gathers but not everyone is selected so with 100 ppl max, there can be trial or dungeon and questing group formed.
All to say that 100 is the magic number at a minimum.
Manor -100
Large home - 50
Medium - 25
Small -12
* please also add a way to kick ppl out.

Some of the large homes (like Foresaken Fortress and Mathiisen Manor) have more space than the manors. However, even if it's possible to fit 100 people on a property, you would still be lagging like crazy with so many people logged into such a small instance.
On the other end of the specrrum, some of the small and medium homes are absolutely tiny and would jave a very hard time fitting 12-25 people.
Upgrade your hardware with the money you get? g
Assuming all house "sizes" have the same player caps. Here they are:
Manors - 24
Large - 12
Medium - 12
Small - 6
Apartment - 6
Inn Room - 2
I don't think 12 is enough for Large houses. I'd go 18. Assuming the 24 isn't going up. I'd do 24, 18, 12, 8, 4, 2 respectively.
FilteredRiddle wrote: »Please raise the cap. I'd love for my 500 person guild to have a Guild Manor, but with the 24 person cap it's pointless.
Agreed. And many people didnt and dont know theres a cap. i mean i would think there would be for smaller homes, but the ones above 1 mil? i bought hundings palatial hall and its pretty much as big as the notable ones, yet i can only have half of the amount of players in it.
