Inventory Management Addon

is there an addon that provides inventory Management in the very literal meaning of the word, by counting the number of items you have in with your (character), bank or Crafting Bag (if applicable) and gives a heads up if an item in stock gets "dangerously low"?

Inventory Insight tells you what you have across all your banks, bags and characters. I don't think it "warns" you if anything gets low, though.

I second Inventory insight. It tells me that i don't really need that 5th sharpened bsw restoration staff because i already have so many...
