That what happens when you speak too technically to your customers.
He gave us some ETAs. And he also mentioned that the incoming changes affects a lot of systems. Providing an ETA for everything would be non professional.
Matt next time speak less technically to your customers...instead of 'no eta' just say that more details will be available on a specific feature after the Q1 DLC or Q2 DLC is delivered.

The problem is we still think we are the customers. We are a product. I'm sure when Matt speaks to the Real customers his answers are responsive and he uses plenty of ETAs.
Business models are changing. If you are getting something for free, you aren't the customer, you are the product.
