how do I transfer addons?

I have a specific ocd and I like the way my add-ons are placed currently. Is there a way to transfer my add-on settings to another computer?

Copy the addons' SavedVariables folders over.

It's in the Live folder in Elder Scrolls - Documents (same folder the AddOns folder is in).
