are they gonna fix viper / vele / selene in update 13 or.....

so right now you have 90% of stamblades running this cheese build that think there good. ambush in, proc viper/vele than incap. player dead. pretty simple. are you freaking retarted zos!
so my question is : are they going to fix viper or are they going to leave it alone? I see that they sorta slapped vele in the face with a 10% nerf (ROFL) and fixed the dbl proc on selene but left viper alone cuz they removed the crit chance. from what I seen in duels on PTS looks to me like viper still hits hards AF. correct me if I'm wrong.

✭✭✭✭✭The proc from range was fixed last pts patch for vipers and crit Chance was removed from all proc sets . No word if more is coming . Other sets got more nerfs today .1
