Hi I was told that its possible the writs you do now if you collect them may give master writs after update. Is that true?

However, recent testing in PTS has unearthed player-saved writ reward containers (from copied NA characters) that do reward master writs.
ZOS hasn't commented on these recent findings from players. Best guess is that it is a bug ... that will either be corrected on the next PTS patch or when Update 13 goes live.0 -
