Most weapon enchantments only go down on light\heavy attacks when they are used.
Master weapons use a 'charge' on every skill used (which seems silly)
But if your not using the Destructive Touch, just do what most people do and never charge it, as the other buff (max mana) still works.

Inb4 they change it so that max mag goes away if you dont charge it. There is someone in the ZOS camp chanting "MOAR SINKS" to the team, i just know it.

please do something about this...the charges on masters weapons get sapped very very quickly.
Is 972 magicka bonus worth of losing 490 damage from "normal" damage enchant? Is there any point of using Master's destruction staff when you're not going to use destructive touch? I believe that crafted inferno staff with nirnhoned trait and glyph of flame will be better then any master's staff.

490 damage every 4 seconds, with 50% crit chance it averages to 612.5 damage every 4 seconds, which is 153 damage per second added from the enchant. If the 972 magicka bonus is not increasing your damage more than 153 per second, then a Master's Staff is doing you no good.
Master's inferno staff (and the ice or lighting version) not very useful
Master's Restoration staff, good for trials where you are using Healing Springs alot, otherwise, not very useful
Master's Bow....GREAT for bow builds
Master's Daggers useless for duel wield builds.
Masters Sword, ok for tanking builds but its a small heal and unless it has good traits, not very useful.
need to necro this, pls fix the enchant, need to recharge at least once when going into a boss fight in vMol. as I didn´t get lucky with a sharpened maelstrom inferno and have an unused spot for staff the masters sharpened inferno is my best bet for the slot
