RIGHT. I LOVE THE SENCHE MOUNTS. I WANT ALL OF THEM. that helps improve immersion! I do the same with my characters, I just try not to let myself get carried away with purchases.

Taternater✭✭✭I bought the fire horse when I tried the console version of eso. It looked good, but when I started riding it around the most prominent feature of it was its ginormous arse. It was awful. I haven't ridden it since. Or played the console version.0

Seriously though, the decision if a fiery horse or anything from the crown store is worth your money is one only YOU can make.
I'd say, if it makes sense for one of your characters to ride something special, and you have the crowns, go for it. If it doesn't make sense... go for something that does.
I got it for my pyromancer dragonknight character... because it made sense.
