Im sick of this LEET trading guilds!

I was apart of a trading guild early on, it was not fun. The quotas, the rules, it was a second job. I hate our trade kiosk system, that puts all useful trade in the hands of a select few.

I just avoid it at this point, anything good I get that could be sold is just trashed.

Yes, it is just a game, but we are still real people with real emotions. Less than positive instance or circumstances still make us feel bad. However, just find another guild. Plenty in the games. There are guilds within the game where members are actually contributing constructively and enjoy being guild members. However, people/members leave or get kicked out; all come and go. Good guilds, bad guilds.. members who are actually nice and helpful, yet others are just acting nice or hopeful, then their true colors eventually come out. It is what it is. It's the nature of the beast with this game and MMO. Whatever.. Enjoy the other aspects and contents of ESO and check out other guilds. Anyhow, most guild or larger guilds have to remove prolonged inactive or non-participating members to make rooms for new recruits.

Calling out a guild like that, isn't that naming and shaming?

Also, this conversation doesn't show any of the pretext, all it shows is that this person was not willing to get into again or 2nd hand.

I can be a total butt to somebody and then come back and talk nice for 5mins.

same here. realized i had too much stuff to sell via /z so i stood in belkarth and said 'any trade guilds recruiting?' got seven offers. the one i took 'requires' sales of 25k per week or a donation. if you can't do 25k a week maybe you don't need a leet trade guild.

Nothing like a little naming and shaming...smh...

Context:
The @name booted today was not the @name referenced here.

This person joined both of our guilds with *two* different accounts named after Rawl trader NPCs.
Low level toons, no purchase history with our guilds. Has been booted repeatedly from more than one Rawl guild with these accounts, we were warned by another Trade Guild GM.

Had nothing to do with requirements. We actually don't have mandatory minimums in our trade guilds, or dues. Had to do with concern of this being some kind of troll or worse.

In this case, we chose not to have this person in our guilds, because we felt something wasn't right with the situation. While any member of our guilds can attest that this is an extraordinarily rare situation, it is our right not to accept members we don't feel are right for the guilds.

Hello everyone,

This post is to let you know that we've felt it necessary to close this thread. The reason being that it started simple enough but evolved more to direct finger pointing and naming/shaming. Keep in mind that naming and shaming is against the Forum Rules, as it never leads anywhere good for a thread.
