I use paypal on my account to purchase my crowns, game membership, etc. However recently I recently experienced an accidental overcharge on my paypal account from ZoS. I was given no warning or way to repay this and unfortunately my account was suspended.

Now, let me make this clear. I am not asking you to divulge personal information sensitive to my account. I am not asking you to reveal my bank statement, personal information, etc. So please, do not shut down this thread, as that would be counterproductive to helping me fix my issue.

Now, back onto the topic at hand. When I asked about repaying the overcharge, I was told that Zenimax could only receive the payment from Paypal. The email attached to the account from Zenimax for the fee that was refunded does not accept payments from personal accounts. I was told to go to their site when I tried on Paypal.

I have called what support number remains, and have sent in tickets regarding this issue.

I understand these things happen and mistakes can be made. But I do not want my 2 years+ of gameplay, grinding, achievement hunting etc. to all go to waste because of an overcharge 9.99$ fee.

If I could be informed on how to pay the required toll in order to unlock my account either on here, or through a private message, that would be wonderful.

Again, I am not asking personal information on my account to be revealed, and I'm not asking anything that would risk my accounts privacy. So whatever answer could be provided here would not violate the privacy policy set in place by ZoS.

Baseline question is this: How can I pay back the 9.99$ fee when Zenimax's paypal does not accept payments from personal accounts?
