We're a little mystified about the Player caps because they seem to vary?

If I go into my own Inn Room and two players try to enter, the first one gets in but the second one gets told "instance is full". If I walk out of the room, the second player can port in. But then I can also enter! So what is the limit - 1 player + owner or 2 players + owner?

If I am standing in my own Apartment, five players can enter and the sixth cannot.

We didn't have enough players on to find out what the Player caps were for a Small house, since it would obviously be larger than an Apartment.

Thanks! I was about to make a list like this for myself, I'm glad someone not only already had the idea to do it but also shared it with the rest of us.

Dang, though, that's a sparse inn room, even with ESO+. We'll have to make every decoration count he said, while buying thirty giant statues of Molag Bal!!
