TG Assistant Reward - How to get it?

We are supposed to receive an assistant by completing thieves guild questline but I just finished the quest Prision Break, got the achievements Broken Wheel and Hero of Hew`s Bane but never got that assistant. Do I need to do something else?

VodkaVixen1979✭✭✭There is another quest after this. You have to level your TG up to 10 in order to initiate it. There will be a note from Zeira in the thieves den to meet her at the Hew's Mane Inn/Tavern. After that quest you should get your assistant.0 -

Seems it's the TG level 10 that's required and not quests.
Very odd how this works as I'm stuck at level 9 and the heist and dailies aren't giv My me TG credit over the last 2 days on Xbox one - NA-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf

✭✭That assistant is about as useful as *** on a bull, anyway. I rarely use mine. You sure have some bad luck with this game, dude! :'( It sounds like you might need to send a ticket. I had no problem getting to level 10 doing the quest line and dailies. I don't think it's bad luck. I really believe my main character is bugged and has been since prior to the PC to Xbox transfer.
All the issues i usually type about in the forums are from that same character. Two remain from the transfer but one has done almost everything and is my crafter/main so ticket it is.....but hopefully this one can be resolved.-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf
