I get this error every time I start on making food or drink, when it first open up. There are no add-ons active, in fact none are even in the game folder.
Once it appears, you can dismiss the error, and can continue with crafting food or drink. You can even switch (food to drink, drink to food) without any issues.

    You'll get this error with any part of the interface that has a scrollable list. ZOS knows about it and it'll be fixed next update.

    I think the real problem here though, is the broken exp bar. :P

    Okay, Thank you =) I had the funny feeling they may of already knew but you never know.
