[Bug] Ancient Knowledge not reducing blockcost

The passive skill Ancient Knowledge is not working, I did extensive testing to identify why magicka tanking was so expensive, here are my findings:

Since every form of block cost is a % aside for enchants; assuming there is a calculation mismatch then it means we should test everything relative to the static reduction on enchantments. In this way it will be very obvious where the formulas deviate.

I don't think I really need to explain what is happening here because its right there, Ancient knowledge just isn't giving any form of reduction.

Shouldn't it work just with the staff...there's no actual destro staff tanking skill of any sort.

haha I did take off every skill to do the test, lol if thats the reason though

Yep sure enough, you need a destro staff skill slotted to benefit from this passive

Ancient Knowledge: This passive ability no longer decreases the cast time of your Destruction Staff Heavy Attacks by 5/10%. Instead, it grants you a bonus as long as you have one Destruction Staff ability slotted. This bonus depends on your staff type

So you are right Armitas, fine print says while you have a weapon ability slotted, that had me scratching my head for ages.

I'm guessing its going to be the tanks job to run ele drain now?

might be, or they could use frost blockade for the immobilization to act as a talons of sorts. I'm hoping they will buff it and make it a circle for frost. Also hoping frost clench becomes a pull.

Or even Pulsar to lower mob health %'s
