Minor Lifesteal (Feedback after fast test)

Hey, after i did some testing with my Nightblade on the PTS and Blood Altar( Provides minor lifesteal debuff to all enemys inside of it but only restores 600hp each time u hit someone inside the circle) there are some things i would like to share.

1. The Minor Lifesteal can crit! Highest heal without any cp spend, no passives and any other things, i received a lot of 600Heal ticks, but if it crits it has gone up to nearly 1100. I just played with 10% crit but i dont know if Minor Lifesteal is supposed to crit by the devs. @ZOS_RichLambert @ZOS_GinaBruno
2. Shades can NOT proc the Minor Lifesteal for you. Would be cool if they did, to make em a bit more usefull, but anyway.
3. Dot´s Like Cripling Grasp or Path can proc the Leech. If u use path it seems like he only procs it every 2 secs got 20path ticks, and 10 minor lifesteal procs (only used that ability + Blood Altar). Gripling Grasp on the other Hand proct it exactly every second 20ticks, 19 lifestealprocs (could be due to ping maybe).

Thats it for now, i just wonder like i said, if the possibility that Minor Lifesteal can Crit is intended. Some clarification would be nice. Thanks

Does Leeching strikes give lifesteal or was that ability changed at all?

Nope, it stays the same and stacks with Minor Lifesteal, wouldnt be a fan of giving it Minor Lifesteal, since it mostly gets applied by the healer and would further gimp the almost non used ability.

OP is right, it would be much funnier if for example your pets could proc lifesteal and manasteal buffs for pet summoner.
