✭✭✭✭✭Zos will not be providing the answer you desire. Mostly because last time they attempted to explain a change their math was wrong.
It was funny though provided insight that Zos does not understand Their game very well.2 -

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_RichLambert as a suggestion would it be a good idea to post something like this at the start of each major update rather than some time later after there has been a lot of unnecessary forum squabbling over it?
There is always so much heated 'debate' when each major update comes out, and a good amount of it simply comes from not knowing the reasons or direction behind the changes, so many will just see their favorite skill nerfed and not understand why its being done.
The update Rich posted earlier was enlightening... and while I don't agree 100% with some of the solutions you've come up with to solve the problems you were aiming to address, actually understanding the aims of the update made a big difference to how I perceive the changes.
When patch notes are released how about doing a 1 or 2 page 'Update Summary' like this just describing the overall aim of the major update, and a brief commentary like this on the major changes you expect there to be a debate on?GM of the Unholy LegacyPC/EU/EP0
