Could someone please make a list of achievements needed to purchase houses?

I have gathered that in order to purchase certain houses, you must have completed certain achievements. For us folks that can't use PTS, would someone be kind enough to make a list of what achievements are needed so we can be prepared? Would be much appreciated!

    It seems all houses, rooms, apartments etc need 'A friend in need' quest finished (I believe this is the one that gets you your first freebie room).
    *These are from PTS Collections List*

    So, ones that seem to need no other achievements are:
    Barbed Hook private room
    Flaming Nix deluxe garret
    Sisters of the Sands apartment
    Ebony Flask inn room
    The Rosy Lion room

    Ones that require purchase of ESO Imperial Edition:
    Cyrodiilic jungle house
    Domus Phrasticus
    Strident Springs demense

    Ones that require purchase from crown store:
    Earthtear Cavern
    Grand Topol Hideaway

    And ones with additional achievement required seem to be:
