Can I please ask why Heavy Armor and Stamina Nightblades were not addressed in this patch?
Heavy armor has out preformed light and medium in PvP by giving players the ability to survive, sustain, and deal massive amounts of damage. There is no risk/reward there.
Stam Nightblades continue to run rampant in Cyrodiil by one shotting everyone in their path. I'd like to address, more specifically, Incap Strike. This ult is cheap, deals high damage, and stuns the opponent. I'd like to see it be reverted to more of a tactical stun like it was before.

The stam nightblades that are oneshotting and running rampant are NOT heavy armor builds. Every single top tier gankblade I know of either runs medium or light.
Proc sets got toned down this patch and there were and still are ways to survive that kind of pre-Homestead patch burst. But yeah, it's much easier to parrot everyone else and complain until more training wheels get added to the game. Soon they will just remove Nightblades altogether.
Band Camp statements: To state "But this one time I saw X doing X... so that justifies X" Refers to the Band camp statement.
