I have been trying to start back up in ESO after a long break, and also tried about a year ago with no success due to the same issue. I can't get into my account because I need to reset my password and the email isn't coming through (it does for the forum login?), and since I can't log into my account I can't contact support. Saw that a few people have had this resolved by posting here, so fingers crossed.
