There is this thing called unit collision . It means targets (in this case) can stand at the exact same location . This doesn't happen if targets are being hold (aggroed) by the same person . So , these axes I am talking about will push each other and 6 of them will be pushing each other , creating a circle around you . So , as a tank who is holding axes , if you lose your ability to block attacks coming from behind ; as @Psychodellix said , you are toast . Hope I could explain it correctly . Seriously... would like to see that but ZOS changes the game to a point where brainafk blocking is not only super effective but also the only counter to certain very strong abilities. And with the frost staff changes it's clear into which direction ZOS wants to go.
