This particular person was in craglorn on the PC EU for most of the early afternoon linking the things in zone chat and trolling even when people told everyone he was just trolling and how it was done he carried on earning himself a lot of reports

Anyone who Called him out in this got a lot of abuse from him, please ignore it, if the cap is going to be raised it will be mentioned on the forums and then be live on the PTS long before the items are available in game

I know for a fact people took him up on his offer saying the would buy to see his reaction and not once were the items shown anywhere but in chat window
